Simon Goldberg and Mark Moxom run YouAndYourCash (YAYC), a course seller and competitor to MATRIXFREEDOM.
EtP appears to have copied the MATRIXFREEDOM model and is involved in offering the same or similar Creditor Tax Rebates (Original Issue Discount) strategies facilitated for MATRIXFREEDOM members within the MATRIXFREEDOM (MATRIX FREEDOM REVIEW) Financial Abundance Program.
YAYC is a subscription and course seller business. Interestingly, YAYC has no identity as it is not a company, a sole trader or a partnership; Simon and Mark appear to run YAYC anonymously from the background; there is no comeback if their courses don’t work as there is no “Promisor”. As I discovered, the Commercial Lien and A4V processes that Simon Goldberg (quatloos Reviews) and the spaniard and Andrew Jackman promoted to me don’t work and are dangerous. Simon and Andrew Jackman’s misrepresentations are why many MATRXIFREEDOM members suffered negative consequences via Mortgagefree and Sovereign Reserve brands.

MATT FANTHOM – CS INSIGHT
From 2019 to 2021 I outsourced new member recruitment the administration functions to Matt Phantom of CS Insight. In mid 2021 I discovered that Matt was stealing from staff and treating MATRIXFREEDOM members very badly. Matt had also breached his contract we me. I cancelled Matt’s contract and restructured MATRIXFREEDOM new member and administration services.

Simone Marshall empower the earth, Simon Goldberg (quatloos reviews), Matthew Fanthom and Katrina Deacon set up EtP together until Simon and Simone fell out with Matthew and Katrina and others.

Matthew Phanthom and Katrina Deacon set up set up MF-PMA and JustSolutionspma following their break away from EtP.
Despite no contractural obligation to do so, I decided to personally finance an upgrade to my Financial Abundance Program for all MATRIXFREEDOM members (Mortgagefree and Sovereign Reserve) affected by Simon and Andrew’s misrepresentations.
The upgrade offers many additional features compared to Mortgagefree and Sovereign Reserve.

Simone Marshall held a contract with one of my ADMINISTRATIVE companies in 2021; Simone was disruptive during her four-month period working within MATRIXFREEDOM;
I was warned about Simone Marshall (empower the earth) via multiple individuals sending me emails; allegedly, these individuals had first-hand knowledge of how Simone operates and warned me in the firmest way to have nothing to do with Simone.
Shortly after I received these warnings, Simone resigned and tried to extort monies from me, and when I didn’t pay her, Ransome sent many emails to my affiliates defaming my character.

EtP and YAYC do not offer the Secured Party Creditor nor the Private Trust process, and EtP does not fully facilitate the Creditor Tax Rebate process; the omission of the Secured Party Creditor process puts anyone using the EtP Creditor Tax Rebate service at significant risk of backlash from the IRS.
Simon and Simone do confirm that the Creditor Tax Rebates included in my Financial Abundance Program do work.
HARASSMENT AND ORGANISED CRIME VIA A “POSSE” OR “GANG”
Simon and Simone have perpetrated one of the most egregious harassment campaigns against my team and me that you are ever likely to read about.

Sending fake complaints via their banks to our banks to cause bank account and merchant account closure
Fake Investigations
Threats
Staff Poaching
The campaign is driven by Simon and Simone and employees a “Posse” or “Gang” in Organised Crime via, Harassment and Cyber Crime.
Simon and Simone run their campaign to unjustly enrich themselves at the expense of MATRIXFREEDOM and its community.
These criminals pose a significant threat to the needs and wants of all MATRIXFREEDOM members, as if they succeed; they will destroy MATRIXFREEDOM and leave the members high and dry.
I preferred to resolve this matter without recourse to the courts and have made various offers to Simon Goldberg Quatloos Reviews to prove his allegations against my team at MATRIXFREEDOM and me.
I have tried peacefully to persuade Simon to back off; he is psychotic and won’t engage in anything other than abuse towards me.
I have given Simon multiple opportunities to submit evidence that either I or MATRIXFREEDOM has been or is engaged in any wrongdoing by presenting his evidence and attending a recorded meeting to debate it. However, Simon has yet to reply to my invitations.
Simon and Simone are a significant threat to the interests of MATRIX FREEDOM and our freedom community.
