Simon John GOLDBERG and Simone Letitia MARSHALL operate a competitor organisation Empower The People (EtP), that, despite numerous attempts to calm the situation down, continues to harass me and my MF-PMA team via countless online publications and organised crime “Posse” or “Gang” that Simon John GOLDBERG orchestrates via his movement known as WhiteRabbitTrust.
The harassment is part of an unlawful means conspiracy designed to undermine my reputation and the reputation of MF-PMA and cause harm to me, my MF-PMA team, and members of MF-PMA via numerous libellous publications whilst Simon John GOLDBERG and Simone Letitia MARSHALL unjustly enriching themselves.
On 17th of April 2023, I issued a letter before claim against Andrew Jackman (a long-term business partner of Simon John GOLDBERG) for Professional Negligence, Breach of Contract, Unlawful Means Conspiracy and Unjust Enrichment.
On 17th of April 2023 I issued a letter before claim against Simon John GOLDBERG and Simone Letitia MARSHALL for Unlawful Means Conspiracy and Unjust Enrichment.
I am preparing a letter before claim that I intend to serve against, Simon John GOLDBERG, Simone Letitia MARSHALL, openDemocracy, Angela Musso and others for libel on Friday 28th April 2023.
Pending the outcome of my litigation summarised at points 3,4 and 5 of my summary to this statement I seek an injunction to prohibit further harassment and the removal of online publications.
I seek the injunction as my right under the “Protection from Harassment Act 1997” and the “Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005”.
Specifically, I require Simon John GOLDBERG and Simone Letitia MARSHALL to immediately remove all publications presenting information, allegations, defamatory or potentially libellous material in any form about MATRIXFREEDOM or any derivative of MATRIXFREEDOM, Iain Clifford STAMP or any other name that Simon John GOLDBERG and Simone Letitia MARSHALL have used that a reasonable person would identify as Iain Clifford STAMP, Iain Clifford, Iain Stamp, produced by or originating from or under the control or influence of Simon John GOLDBERG and or, Simone Letitia MARSHALL on all media communication channels listed in this Sworn Statement recorded a section “PUBLICATIONS” 2 A through I, to include but not limited to any websites, Facebook pages, all social media channels, video channels, podcasts and refrain from interviews.
Specifically, I require Simon John GOLDBERG and Simone Letitia MARSHALL to immediately cease all communications with their “Posse” or “Gang” that incite harassment of me, my MF-PMA team or any other name that Simon John GOLDBERG and Simone Letitia MARSHALL have used that “reasonable person” would identify as me.
